Introduction
Jobrooms changes how we search for answers by connecting people directly with experts instead of showing web results. Users type in what they need help with and get matched with professionals they can talk to right away through calls. Beyond just talking online, people can also book these experts for in-person help—whether it's quick advice or a bigger project. This puts real human expertise at your fingertips, no matter where you are.

My Role
Responsible for research, end-to-end product ideation and conceptualisation, design and delivery of key modules and feature areas.
Problem
Search engines give you information, but they can't truly understand your unique situation. Some questions need a real conversation with someone who gets the nuances. Jobrooms bridges this gap by connecting you directly to experts across different fields, languages and locations, making human insight as easy to access as a Google search.
Connections made Simple, Smart, and Seamless
Our solution features an intuitive mobile-first interface with four key components: smart expert matching, multilingual video/audio consultations, seamless in-person scheduling, and integrated financial management. The minimalist design—with clean typography, ample white space, and focused interactions—makes the complex feel simple. We designed for clarity across diverse industries, enabling users to discover, connect with, and pay experts in just a few taps.
Streamlining payments and withdrawals
We designed a complete financial ecosystem within Jobrooms. Clients can top up their wallets to pay for expert consultations, while tracking their spending patterns over time. For experts, we created an earnings dashboard that monitors income and facilitates withdrawals to their chosen bank accounts. This dual-sided financial tracking system provides transparency and security for all transactions, regardless of currency or location.
