What?
Designing a holistic dashboard for creators to monitor the content they create and stay on top of their game. Also, introduce a robust feedback system to drive content quality as a business.
Why?
To automate tracking of content quality by shifting the autonomy to creators. By redesigning the creator dashboard we brought the most important analytics front and center that are intrinsic to a creator's drive: Per Video Payout, Completion Rate and Watch Hours
As a business, we wanted to:
But what's even wrong with current design?
No direct feedback from users to creators
Creators are not looped in the feedback cycle of content creation
Lack of analytics
Creators can't directly see the analytics of their videos to understand their performance
Fragmented functionality
Critical workflows were split across multiple levels, disrupting user journeys
Poor use of available space
Excessive screen real estate was consumed by static layouts, limiting functionality
Final Designs
CREATOR DASHBOARD
A place for creators to see all their monthly investments vs payouts via Seekho as well as keep a track of how the latest content is performing.
FEEDBACK SCREEN
Track all feedbacks of all the videos published so far sorted by recency in order to stay on top of what is trending.

Helps creators see details and performance related to a video in one single place
